Quotes

"But I do not consider my life as of any value, nor as precious to myself, if only I may accomplish my course and the ministry I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God: Acts 20:24

It's "Reading Days" at SBTS!

Most students have "spring break" about this time, well at Southern we have "reading days". Basically, a spring break devoted to reading and studying. No classes, just reading, catching up on assignments and writing papers. Of course to many it is more spring break than reading, but our President Albert Mohler in a humorous way at the last chapel made sure we knew that these were "reading days" because at Southern we "read" and we really need to "read" during "reading days". Guess you had to be there, but it was actually kind of funny. Anyway, not much time for posting, because I am actually following my President's advice and "reading". Please continue to pray for me as I have much reading to do and 3 major papers due in the next 4 weeks, the first that is due the April 19th. This along with my normal reading and journaling and trying to have a devotional life. It's all good, but the semester needs to be a lot longer to get it all done!
