Some of you may be curious as to who actually attends a Seminary like Southern. Well I am still learning and really have been engaged in my studies to the degree I have not gotten out much. But, I can tell you a few things that I have picked up along the way.
- Students consider it a great privilege and blessing to be here.
- They have a great respect for the faculty and especially President Mohler for the stand he has taken that has helped make Southern what it is today.
- They know this (seminary) isn't the real world. This is only preparation time. By the way, Southern requires that all students have a local church and be involved in ministry there.
- Deep respect for God's Word, desire to know it, and being obedient to it.
- They are loving and caring.
- 75% or so of the Professors are also Pastor's of a local Church.
